We give our orders up to about 4 hours of processing time (during normal working hours) in which the customers can attempt to make changes to their order via getting in touch with us using the form above or e-mailing to hello@phytoprime.co.uk. However, once an order is dispatched no order changes can be made. Generally orders placed till 12PM are dispatched same day.

UK orders can take anywhere from 1-5 days.

International orders can take anywhere from 5-20 days, see Shipping Policy for a better indication of shipping times.

You are able to calculate your shipping fees either in the basket page or see them at the checkout stage once you've put in the delivery address.

There are also free shipping thresholds for most of the popular destinations such as UK, USA, Canada, Australia and most of Europe.
